Breakfast is a important meal for person. Breakfast gives you required nutrients for starting a day. Though it is one of the most important meal some students, young children, or ever adults often skip breakfast. Generally children perform better in school if they take proper breakfast. 

Study shows that those who skip breakfast are more likely obsessed. The reason behind this over weigh is their resting metabolism. Whatever they take, their body system doesn’t burn them properly. Consequently it turn into fatty tissue.

So, breakfast should be balanced. It should have vitamins, minerals, protein and other nutrients. To boost up your resting metabolism, you should never skip a meal.
